"Hi, my name is Rachelle Tersigni - I am an experienced registered yoga teacher. I've been teaching since 2009 regularly.
I first studied yoga in 2007 in India, and have been working in the wellness field for seventeen years. I have learned a lot about the human condition, and that every person is an individual with individual needs. I have also learned that yoga asana (the physical postures and practice) can be a healing modality.
I generally teach to move slowly. I want you to discover that in fact moving slowly, with integrity, awareness and proper alignment is not only safer but more enjoyable, and it retrains us to be more conscious in our lives.
I have a strong connection to the deeper Yogic principles and philosophies and the spiritual realm, however I tend to reserve this for my own personal practice and share this with very few. My public teachings are often more practical, simple and based on the physiological benefits of yoga, so why not book with me today!"
