VIRTUAL ONLINE 'STRETCH & MEDITATION'
AVAILABILITY: Saturdays only: 6pm or 8pm sessions EST
DURATION: 1 hour in French or English COST: $25 Per Person
HOW WE WILL MEET: This experience is hosted online. Once you book, you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join using 'Zoom'.
The Zoom class starts with an introduction to the group. We will then warm up with a Vinyasa Flow, followed by a full body stretch for about 30-40 minutes. The class will end with a relaxing meditation.
GUEST REQUIREMENTS: You’ll need an internet connection and the ability to stream audio and video to participate.
A link and details on how to join will be included in your booking confirmation email.
You will also need a yoga mat, water, a blanket (optional for the meditation part) and a foam roller (also optional).
Whether you are a beginner or have experience come have a blast..feel free to roll a joint and toke up at any point!
